Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained 11 Palestinians after raiding and searching their homes in five provinces in the West Bank at dawn Monday. Ratib Jabour, the coordinator of popular committees against the wall and settlement in Yatta town south of Al-Khalil, said that IOF soldiers broke into the town before dawn Monday and searched a number of houses.
He said that the soldiers arrested Ihab, 21, and Mohammed, 19, the sons of Ghalib Qarish after ransacking their home.
The IOF detained Omar Shalash from Bethlehem on Monday after he was summoned for interrogation on Sunday.
In Beita village, south of Nablus, IOF patrols roamed the streets after midnight Sunday and tried to arrest a number of young men after claiming they threw stones at them during confrontations.
Local sources said that the soldiers left the village after nabbing three young men, adding that the soldiers fired flare bombs, teargas and stun grenades in their raid.
They said that the soldiers installed roadblocks on roads leading to Beita village and prevented citizens from leaving or entering it.
Meanwhile, Negev prison guards arrested 54-year-old Tharwat Ghanim during a visit to her detained brother on Sunday. The woman is from Shuweika, north of Tulkarem.

He added that the army carried construction materials, and tried to close a hole that was dug by local youths in the Annexation Wall, in their town, last Friday.
The soldiers had to retreat from the town without being able to close the hole after dozens of residents hurled stones and empty bottles at them.
Soldiers fired dozens of gas bombs, concussion grenades and rubber-coated metal bullets at the residents; some residents suffered the effects of teargas inhalation.

Israeli forces Sunday arrested five Palestinians from the Nablus area as well as summoned three others from Bethlehem for interrogation, according to local and security forces. They told WAFA that around 20 Israeli military jeeps stormed the Nablus area, raided and .searched several Palestinian homes before arresting five Palestinians.
They also said that forces summoned three Palestinians age 22, 23, and 50 from the city of Bethlehem for interrogation by the Israeli intelligence service after raiding their houses.

Ahrar center for prisoners' studies and human rights said that there are 86 Palestinians from the 1948 occupied lands serving different prison sentences in Israel's jails.
Ahrar center stated, in a report, that 14 Palestinians of those detainees have been in jail before the signing of the Oslo accords agreement, and 13 of them are serving life sentences.
The center noted that the Palestinian prisoners, despite their Israeli-issued blue IDs, suffer from racial discrimination and the jailers do not treat them fairly as they do with Israeli prisoners, affirming that the Israeli prison administrations impose restrictions on the Palestinian detainees, especially with regard to their visit rights and their access to basic needs.
It added that the Israeli regime also refuses to release those prisoners as part of any swap deal with the Palestinians, appealing to the Palestinian authority and human rights groups to pay special attention to the issue of the Palestinian prisoners living in the 1948 occupied lands.

The Hamas Movement said that the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnapped 129 Palestinians in the West Bank and Jerusalem last week in the context of a recent campaign aimed at suppressing any Palestinian uprising for the Aqsa Mosque.
According to a report issued by Hamas on Sunday, the detention campaign during last week has been the most ferocious since the start of the current year.
It explained that 45 Palestinians of those detainees were from Al-Khalil, 41 others from Jerusalem and the rest from Ramallah, Qalqiliya, Nablus, Jenin and Bethlehem.

The Israeli police and security apparatuses continued on Saturday its detention and suppression campaign in occupied Jerusalem and its neighborhoods and kidnapped 29 young men on allegations of their participation in protests and events during the last few days in support of the Aqsa Mosque.
Lawyer Hamdi Meswaddah told the Palestinian information center (PIC) that many students and young men who went on a march in protest of the Israeli violations against the Aqsa Mosque in Sultan Suleiman street last Friday were taken prisoners.

Israel's Shin Bet security service on Sunday announced the arrest on September 11 of an Iranian "spy" carrying photographs of the US embassy in Tel Aviv.
The suspect, holding a Belgian passport, was sent to Israel by Iran's elite Republican Guards and arrested at Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion international airport, it said in a statement.
The Shin Bet identified the suspect as Ali Mansouri, 58, and said he had enrolled in a "special operations unit of the Revolutionary Guards responsible for numerous terrorist attacks around the world."
It said he had been using the fake identity Alex Mans.
The Shin Bet said that under questioning, the suspect had said he had been promised $1 million to use his position as a businessman to set up companies in Israel on behalf of the Iranian intelligence services to "harm Israeli and Western interests."

An Israeli army spokeswoman said four people were detained in the Nablus area, one in Aboud village near Ramallah, one in Jayyus, one in Dhahriya, and one in Deir Abu Mashal.
All suspects were detained for involvement in "illegal activity," the spokeswoman added, without providing further details.

The soldiers insulted Sabreen, and used foul language against the late president of Egypt, before talking her to a Police station, where the soldiers continued to use verbal insults while threatening to arrest her.

An Israeli special police unit broke early Saturday into a residence in Silwan, an Arab East Jerusalem neighborhood, and attacked its residents as they searched for a member of the family to arrest him, according to the home owner Yasin Silwadi. He said that he and his family were awakened at around 2:30 a.m. when members of the force broke the front door to his house terrorizing his wife and three children.
He said the force was looking for his brother, Adel, to arrest him but even though he told them that he does not live with them, the force continued to search the house for him.
The force attacked Silwadi’s mentally sick brother, Yehya, tied his hands, took him to the roof of the house and assaulted him with their gun butts and kicked him around even though they knew he was not normal causing him injury in the face and serious bruises to his right leg.
He said the force was looking for his brother, Adel, to arrest him but even though he told them that he does not live with them, the force continued to search the house for him.

Dozens of Palestinian activists and international supporters succeeded Saturday in reaching an area of the Dead Sea where they raised the Palestinian flag, according to the activists. Hasan Breijeh, one of the activists from Bethlehem, said that even though the Israeli military had set up checkpoints on the roads leading to Jericho and the Dead Sea and arrested activists, including three arrested at the “Container” checkpoint leading out of Bethlehem to the main Jericho-Jerusalem road, at least 30 activists succeeded in reaching the Fashkha area on the Dead Sea.
He said the activists raised the Palestinian flag and signs denouncing Israeli seizure of Palestinian land to build settlements on it.

Captive Dr. Ahmed Qatamesh, aged 61, sustained bruises after falling from an Israeli army jeep during his transfer from Raymond prison, south of 1948 occupied Palestine, to Ofer jail. Ahrar Center for prisoners' studies and human rights called on human rights and international organizations to exert pressure on the Israeli occupation authorities to implement what has been agreed upon and provide special vehicles for transferring the patient prisoners.
For his part, Director of the Center Fouad Khuffash said that the Israeli prison administration had earlier signed an agreement with the captive movement during the Karama hunger strike, which requires providing a special vehicle to transfer the patient captives, but the prison administration did not comply with the agreement.

A Palestinian official report stated that the Israeli forces arrested tens of thousands of Palestinians during the last thirteen years that followed the Al-Aqsa Intifada of September 2000. The Department of Statistics in the Ministry of Prisoners' Affairs said in a report released on Friday, "since the beginning of the second Intifada in September 28, 2000 and until today, the Israeli occupation forces have arrested about 80 thousand Palestinians."
The report pointed out that among those arrested during the mentioned period are nearly 9,500 Palestinian children under the age of eighteen, about 60 MPs and former ministers, and more than 950 women, in addition to hundreds of wounded, patients, journalists, academics and leaders.
It noted that the Israeli military courts have sentenced, since the start of the Aqsa Intifada, nearly 24 thousand Palestinians to administrative detention; without clear charges.
The Department of Statistics added that the occupation has continued to detain about 5,200 Palestinian prisoners in 17 jails and detention center, including 13 MPs, 146 administrative detainees, 220 children and 13 women, all of them have been subjected to different forms of physical and psychological torture.
The report stated that 81 prisoners were killed in the Israeli jails during the past thirteen years, as a result of torture or the deliberate killing, not to mention the policy of medical neglect adopted against the patients.
It also stated that the occupation has deported 290 Palestinians from the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem to either the Gaza Strip or outside the Palestinian territories.
The report pointed out that among those arrested during the mentioned period are nearly 9,500 Palestinian children under the age of eighteen, about 60 MPs and former ministers, and more than 950 women, in addition to hundreds of wounded, patients, journalists, academics and leaders.
It noted that the Israeli military courts have sentenced, since the start of the Aqsa Intifada, nearly 24 thousand Palestinians to administrative detention; without clear charges.
The Department of Statistics added that the occupation has continued to detain about 5,200 Palestinian prisoners in 17 jails and detention center, including 13 MPs, 146 administrative detainees, 220 children and 13 women, all of them have been subjected to different forms of physical and psychological torture.
The report stated that 81 prisoners were killed in the Israeli jails during the past thirteen years, as a result of torture or the deliberate killing, not to mention the policy of medical neglect adopted against the patients.
It also stated that the occupation has deported 290 Palestinians from the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem to either the Gaza Strip or outside the Palestinian territories.

Violent clashes have erupted following Friday prayers throughout the occupied city of Jerusalem. Four youths were injured while five others were arrested. The family of the patient prisoner Abdul-Jabbar Shemali, 34, from Araba village in Jenin, called on human rights organizations and Doctors Without Borders to intervene to save their son's life.
The patient prisoner's family has told Ahrar center that their son suffers severe back pain and needs an urgent surgery which the IPS refused to carry out.
He suffers from severe hoarseness that led to losing his ability to speak, the family added, warning of serious deterioration in his health.
Fuad al-Khuffash, the director of the center, confirmed that Shemali was in good health condition before his arrest, however due to the Israeli difficult detention conditions he started suffering many health problems and illness.

The university student Alaa Abu Zaytun, 22, from Nablus district, was arrested on her way to college on September 2013 at an Israeli military checkpoint. She was sentenced, after weeks of investigation, to two years' imprisonment.
Nahil Abu Aisha, 23, from al-Khalil, was arrested near the Ibrahimi mosque on March 2013 under the charge of trying to stab an Israeli soldier.

Israeli military forces (IMF) arrested on Thursday morning eight Palestinians from several towns in Hebron , local sources reported. According to the sources the IMF broke into Hebron on Thursday early morning and arrested Jalal and Imad Karaki , Mohammed Al Rayyan ,21, Sami Hassan , 22, from Halhul to the north of Hebron, and Louay Al- Sharawna ,25, from Deir Samit to the southwest of Hebron.

The four children have been identified as Hussein Shady Salah, 8, Ahmad Wa’el Salah, 9, in addition to Mo’tasem Mustafa Al-Masry and his brother Hamza.
He added that the children were violently beaten and kicked before the soldiers moved them to the District Coordination Office (DCO), west of Beit Jala city, and handed them to the Palestinian DCO.
In related news, two Palestinians have been injured by rounds of live ammunition fired by the army at Palestinians at the entrance of the Al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of the central West Bank city of Ramallah.

Administrative detainees in Ofer and Negev prison warned that they would begin to protest if the Israeli authorities don’t implement the agreement reached in April. Local media reported that Prisoners Club’s lawyer said “the protest would see escalatory steps to be taken according to certain program once the Israeli authorities respond to their demands,”
According to the club, Ofer and Negev prisoners wrote a letter to ‘army commander’ in the region urging him to put an end to the policy of administrative detention. They said would take protest action if the Israeli forces carry on with administrative detention.
Ofer and Negev prisoners staged in April a mass strike in protest at the administrative detention policy.

The center quoted the captive's family as saying that "Hussam is held now in Ashkelon prison clinic and suffers from acute pain due to his old injuries in the shoulder and chest."
The family added that Hussam is suffering from the policy of medical negligence by the Israeli prison administration, as the occupation refuses to offer him the proper treatment.
The center held the occupation authorities and the prison administration fully responsible for the life of the prisoner whose health condition is gravely deteriorating.
Za'anin was arrested at Beit Hanoun on July 24, 2013 for unknown reasons, while he was heading for hospitals in the 1948 territories to receive treatment. The Israeli court has postponed the hearing in his case more than once.

They also called on the Red Cross to exert pressure on the Israeli government to halt its fierce attack on the Palestinian captives, especially the patients and to provide them with the necessary treatment until their release.
Coordinator of the popular committee for the release of prisoners in Jenin Ragheb Abu Diak stated that these activities will continue in support of the patient detainees in light of their deteriorated health status and their deprivation of treatment.

Palestinian prisoners' families have called on Israeli prison authorities to allow them to provide winter clothing to their sons held in Israeli jails before winter season for fear of Israeli delays as in previous years. A prisoner's father told the Palestinian prisoners center for studies that the Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli detention centers particularly those detained in Naqab, Nafha, Raymond, Echel, and Halikidar prisons in Negev have been deprived of warm clothes and blankets since 2007.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) closed with an iron gate the main entrance to Beit Ummar village, north of Al-Khalil, on Tuesday night. Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that IOF soldiers along with intelligence officers in three army jeeps blocked movement of citizens in and out of the village.
