At least 37 Palestinian citizens were rounded up by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) Thursday following a round of mass-abduction campaigns launched throughout different areas of the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem. The IOF arrested dozens of Palestinian citizens after having stormed civilians’ homes in Dura, Bani Naim, Beit Ummar, and Beit Kahel among many other neighborhoods in al-Khalil city, local sources told a PIC reporter.
Six more Ramallah youngsters were captured by the IOF invading troops following a series of incursions into Beit Rima, Birzeit, Senjel, and Khirbat Bani Harith.
The IOF broke into the family home of ex-detainee Walid Injas, released in Wafa al-Ahrar prisoner swap deal and exiled to Qatar.
Palestinian youths Mahmoud Qubha and Suleiman al-Azb were also rounded up by the IOF in Jenin.
Human rights sources confirmed that 16 Jerusalemites were captured by Israeli special and intelligence forces for having allegedly partaken in protests denouncing the kidnap and burning alive of Palestinian child Muhammad Hussein Abu Khudeir.

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) have deliberately opened fire at a Palestinian young man after raiding his home in Jenin at dawn Thursday. The 26-year-old Munadel Naji Qubaha was shot in his leg by an Israeli under cover unit while raiding his parents’ home in Jenin. His brother Mahmoud, 21, was arrested during the raid.
Another young man was arrested after IOF soldiers violently stormed his parents’ home in Jenin.
In another incident, an Israeli soldier was seriously injured on Wednesday when Palestinian fighters opened fire at Israeli troops who were storming Qablan town in southern Nablus.
According to SAFA News Agency, Israeli Occupation Forces conducted a combing operation throughout the town looking for the shooters. No one declared responsibility for the attack.
Israeli media sources confirmed that an Israeli soldier was seriously injured during the attack.
Meanwhile, four Palestinian youths were wounded with rubber bullets during clashes that broke out at the entrance to Deir Hatab village near Nablus.
Israeli forces have intensively fired tear gas bombs and rubber bullets during the clashes.
In the same context, violent clashes erupted on Wednesday between hundreds of Palestinian citizens and Israeli forces at Halhul Bridge, Bani Naim, and Beit Ummar towns in al-Khalil.
Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that Palestinian youths threw Molotov Cocktails at an Israeli military watchtower at the entrance to Halhul town. Israeli forces responded by heavily firing live and rubber bullets.
Similar clashes broke out in Bani Neim, Beit Ummar, and Ras Jura towns in al-Khalil between Israeli forces and Palestinians in protest against Israeli massacres in Gaza most recently was Shujaiya market massacre.
Along the same line, four Palestinians were arrested in Beit Ummar northern al-Khalil, spokesman for Popular Committee against the Wall and Settlements Mohamed Awad confirmed.
IOF soldiers also broke into Palestinian homes in the town amid heavy gunfire of tear gas bombs. Breathing problems among the citizens were reported after inhaling tear gas.
For its part, Hamas Movement called for intensifying protests and clashes against Israeli forces and settlers throughout the West Bank on Friday.
The movement called for demonstrations after Friday prayers in solidarity with Gaza Strip and in support of Palestinian resistance factions.
Hamas’s statement hailed the large protests and resistance attacks in the West Bank that reflect the Palestinian people’s unity in face of the Israeli occupation, according to the statement.
The statement said that revenge operations in the West Bank have occurred since the first days of the Israeli aggression

At least 18 Palestinian citizens, including a student leader at the Islamic Bloc, were rounded up by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) overnight Saturday across different areas of the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem. The Palestinian Prisoner Society said in a statement Sunday 11 citizens were arrested by the IOF in al-Khalil, including Fadi al-Jawalani, Ali al-Jawalani, and Fadi Abu Zweid.
Palestinian youth Youssef Issa al-Ghazlawi from al-Faraa refugee camp was apprehended in the process.

Israeli policemen arrested a Jerusalemite young woman after claiming she tried to stab an Israeli soldier in occupied Jerusalem on Saturday night. The Israeli police statement said that the young woman, whose name was not mentioned, tried to stab the soldier near Bab el-Amoud.

Local sources told the PIC reporter that IOF soldiers broke into and searched the martyr Fadi Fakhrawi’s home and fired tear gas bombs inside the house before leaving.
IOF soldiers also raided Loza area, south of al-Khalil and searched a number of homes and agricultural facilities.
Two citizens were summoned during the break-ins for investigation.
Meanwhile, 10 Israeli tanks stormed al-Sheyoukh town at dawn Thursday, where Israeli soldiers raided and searched a number of homes. A 23-year-old young man was arrested during the raids.
As a response, Palestinian youths threw stones at the troops who heavily fired tear gas bombs and live bullets.
