The Israeli Supreme Court ratifies on Wednesday night the decisions of demolishing the houses of four Jerusalemites Martyrs in Jabal Al-Mukabber and Shu’fat refugee camp. The court refused the appeal submitted by the families’ lawyer under the pretext of “carrying out terrorist attacks in the city of Jerusalem” that led to the death of “innocent” people and as a means to deter other young men.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center was informed that the Israeli Supreme Court ratified the demolition of the family house of the Martyr Mohammad Ja’abees in Jabal Al-Mukabber, the house of the Martyr Ibrahim Al-Akari and the houses of the two Martyrs from Abu Al-Jamal family (Ghassan and Odai) in Jabal Al-Mukabber.
The Israeli authorities issued military decision to demolish the houses of people that carry out attacks in the city of Jerusalem and handed the families those orders back in November. The families’ lawyer appealed the decision in the Supreme Court which made its decision last Wednesday and rejected the appeal.

Israeli Channel 10 reported from its website, today, that a court has decided to release Israeli soldier and border guard Ben Dery, who murdered 17-year-old Nadim Nowarah in cold blood, during Nakba Day protests on May 15th of this year, outside the Ofer prison, near Ramallah.
A video clip of the shooting in Beitunia showed Nadim, along with four other youngsters, being shot after confrontations had already erupted between occupation soldiers in the area and several Palestinian youth.
Other video clips showed that Israeli forces were dozens of meters away, and Palestinian eyewitnesses said that the troops used live ammunition. Later forensic examination revealed that the eyewitness reports were correct.
The murder caused international reactions and condemnation against Israel's daily crimes against the Palestinian people and their property.
Channel 10 added that the court decided to move the soldier from detention into house arrest status.
It was also mentioned, according to the PNN, that the soldier recently suffered from psychological issues and depression.
The text messages to Nadim's parents, asking their forgiveness would further prove that Dery was involved in the deliberate killing of the boy.

The Israeli Supreme Court ruled, Tuesday, in favor of allowing the Afek Oil Company headed by hardliner and former Minister of National Infrastructure, Effie Eitam, to dig for oil in the Israeli-occupied Syrian Golan Heights.
The Court turned down an appeal by green groups demanding halting the drilling, and overturned an older ruling the stopped it.
The court said “the drilling will not cause harm to nature,” while dozens of environment activists protested in front of the court building, demanding the drilling to stop, the Arabs48 News Website has reported.
Israeli sources said the dispute over the drilling in the Golan Heights wasn't about the legitimacy of digging for oil in an occupied territory, but about a struggle led by environmental activists.
Several years ago, the company filed an application to be authorized to dig for oil in the occupied Golan, and on Tuesday, Israeli sources said Tel Aviv has no objections, especially after specialists of the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, and the Geological Center, said they have no objection to the drilling.
Israeli officials stated Afek asked to be allowed to test run digging nearly 1500 meters deep, the Arabs48 said.

The Israeli military prosecutor demanded a premeditated murder conviction against the Palestinian detainee Maher al-Hashlamoun for having allegedly perpetrated a run-over and a stabbing attack near the Israeli Gush Etzion settlement.
The Israeli prosecutor charged the 30-year-old Palestinian young man with first-degree murder after he had reportedly been involved in stabbing and run-over attacks.
Hashlamoun is an ex-prisoner who had been incarcerated in Israeli occupation lock-ups under charges of hurling Molotov cocktails at the Israeli occupation soldiers, before he was ultimately released in 2005.
