Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) on Friday evening arrested a Palestinian young man under the pretext of knife-possession in the vicinity of al-Ibrahimi Mosque in al-Khalil. An Israeli soldier, on the other hand, was injured by one of the stones thrown at the soldiers in Ramallah.
Yedioth Ahronoth Hebrew newspaper reported that the Palestinian youth was arrested at a military barrier and taken for questioning.
On the other hand, an Israeli soldier was injured by the stones thrown by Palestinian youngsters in Nilin town west of Ramallah. He was transferred to hospital for treatment, radio Israel reported.

The Israeli authorities have released, Friday, two Palestinian fishermen, from the besieged Gaza Strip, after holding them captive for three years, and confiscating their boats.
Zakariyya Abu Bakr, the secretary of the fishermen’s committee at the Palestinian Agricultural Relief said the released fishermen have been identified as Emadeddin Mansour and Ramez Jom’a, and that they were transferred to Erez terminal, before being freed.
Abu Bakr added that the two were abducted from their boats after the Israeli navy attacked them, and many other fishermen, in Palestinian territorial waters, in Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Thousands of Palestinian families in Gaza depend on fishing as their only source of livelihood, but the fishers, and their boats, are constantly attacked by the navy, an issue that led to dozens of casualties, including many fatalities, in addition scores of arrests, the damage inflicting on their boats and their illegal confiscation.

Israeli soldiers invaded, on Friday at dawn, the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah in central West Bank, violently searched many homes and abducted four Palestinians, including two children.
Media sources in Ramallah said the soldiers abducted Mohammad Husam Hamed, 16, Abdul-Qader Saed Hamed, 16, former political prisoner Mohammad Abdul-Majid Hamed, 32, and a young man who remained unidentified until the time of this report.
It is worth mentioning that Mohammad Hammad is a former political prisoner, who was repeatedly abducted and imprisoned by Israel, and was also held for 3 years and two months under arbitrary Administrative Detention orders, without charges of trial.
Media sources in Ramallah said the soldiers abducted Mohammad Husam Hamed, 16, Abdul-Qader Saed Hamed, 16, former political prisoner Mohammad Abdul-Majid Hamed, 32, and a young man who remained unidentified until the time of this report.

The Israeli Ofer military court turned down an appeal filed on behalf of the Palestinian administrative detainee Walid al-Houdeli, aged 57.
Head of the legal unit at the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS), Jawad Boulos, said the Israeli court confirmed the administrative term of prisoner al-Houdeli with neither charge nor trial.
The Ofer court pledged that the sentence will be the last issued against al-Houdeli in case new “secret data” do not emerge.
Palestinian detainee al-Houdeli was arrested on January 16, 2017. His administrative sentence is slated to end in May.
He has reportedly spent a total of 15 years in Israeli jails and produced several writings on the prisoners’ cause. He is most known for his novel Curtains of Darkness.

Israeli sources claimed that seven Palestinians were detained for their participation in Land Day marches on Thursday.
The detainees were all taken for investigation, according to the sources.
A large amount of money was also confiscated under the pretext of being used to fund anti-occupation attacks, the sources claimed.
Meanwhile, IOF violently stormed in large numbers Yabad town, south of Jenin, and broke into the activist Adnan Hamarsheh’s house.
Adnan was subjected to an investigation during the raid, while no arrests were reported.
Adnan became unable to move after suffering multiple strokes during his detention in Israeli jails.
He was released only few months ago after spending 15 years in Israeli jails in separate arrests mostly in administrative detention.
