Israeli Prison Service (IPS) has been banning lawyers and family of the Palestinian detainee Bilal Diyab, who is held in the solitary confinement cells of Megiddo jail, from visiting him since he was arrested on July, 14.
The family of captive Diyab, 32, told Muhjat al-Quds Foundation of their concerns over the fate of their son about whom they have no information. He was previously arrested more than once in Israeli jails.
The isolated detainee Diyab had in a previous arrest waged an open hunger strike along with captive Thaer Halahla in protest at the illegal administrative detention order which is usually issued based on no charge or trial. Their hunger strike lasted for 77 days until their demands were met.

Israeli occupation authorities in Jerusalem issued on Monday a renewed expulsion order against Sheikh Kamal al-Khatib, the deputy head of the Islamic Movement in the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories.
According to Safa news agency, the order bans Khatib from entering Jerusalem and al-Aqsa Mosque until 31st October.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Monday a Palestinian citizen and his daughter near al-Zawiya town to the west of Salfit.
Local sources reported that the IOF soldiers severely beat Yasser Asi and his 14-year-old daughter Sujood before detaining them.
The IOF claimed that the girl was throwing stones at settlers' vehicles, the sources added.

Israeli soldiers invaded, overnight until early morning hours Monday, several Palestinians areas in the occupied West Bank, including occupied East Jerusalem, searched many homes and abducted fifteen Palestinians, including many teenagers.

The Israeli police on Sunday arrested a Palestinian man after shooting him in Occupied Jerusalem for allegedly planning to carry out an attack.
The police claimed in a press statement that they managed to arrest the 52-year-old Jerusalemite in Beit Safafa neighborhood to the south of Jerusalem in cooperation with the Shin Bet after being informed about the presence of a potential attacker in the area.
The Jerusalemite man was shot in the foot before being arrested and taken for interrogation, according to the police.
Dozens of Palestinians have been killed, arrested or injured at checkpoints in the West Bank and in Jerusalem neighborhoods since the outbreak of the Jerusalem Intifada in early October 2015 under the pretext of attempting or planning attacks on Israeli targets.

Israeli police detained a Palestinian woman in occupied Jerusalem on Saturday for allegedly carrying out a stabbing attack that lightly injured an Israeli security guard.
Israeli police said in a statement that a security guard suffered light wounds after being stabbed by a Palestinian woman in Sultan Suleiman Street near al-Amoud Gate.
The woman was transferred handcuffed for interrogation, the statement added.
Israeli forces closed down the area where the incident took place.

The Palestinian injured prisoner Raed Salhi, from Duheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem, is still held in intensive care in Israel’s Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital as he suffers from a very difficult health condition, rights sources revealed on Saturday.
Following his visit to the hospital, lawyer of the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) said that Salhi is still suffering from serious injuries in his abdomen and thigh.
He also pointed out that the prisoner Abdul Aziz Arafa suffers from a broken leg bone.
However, he is now in stable condition, he said.
Salhi and Arafa were arrested last Tuesday after being injured by Israeli gunfire. Their remand was extended in a court hearing held without their presence.

Israeli navy ships attacked, on Friday at dawn, several Palestinian fishing boats in Gaza territorial waters, abducted two fishermen, and confiscated their boat.
Eyewitnesses said the navy fired dozens of live rounds the fishing boats, confiscated a small boat, and abducted two fishermen, identified as Saddam Abdul-Bari Sultan, 22, and his brother Odai, 25.
The navy cuffed the two fishers, and took them, along with the small boat, to an unknown destination.
