On Saturday evening, the Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man after injuring him with a rubber-coated metal bullet in the village of Issawiya.
Mohammed Abu Hummos, member of the follow-up committee in Issawiya, said that the Israeli occupation forces arrested Alaa’ Ahmad Mansour, after he was hit with a rubber bullet. According to available information, Mansour was injured in the head and no further information regarding his medical condition were available. He added that the Israeli occupation forces prevented him from approaching the young man, and they carried him without providing him with first aid. The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) last night and at dawn Saturday kidnaped eight Palestinian citizens, including a child and journalist, in the West Bank and Jerusalem.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped journalist Abdul-Muhsen Shalaldeh and two young men called Jihad Shalaldeh and Qassam al-Halayka after ransacking their homes in Sa’ir town, north of al-Khalil in the West Bank.
Two brothers from the family of al-Qahoush were also taken prisoners during an IOF campaign from Beit Awwa town in al-Khalil.
In Bethlehem, a teenager identified as Yousef ash-Shuweiki was kidnaped at a makeshift checkpoint on a road near the Gush Etzion settlement bloc.

Hudaifa Halabiya
Six Palestinian prisoners are still on hunger strike in Israeli jails, and the health of two of them are rapidly deteriorating, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Center for Studies.
Prisoner Hudaifa Halabiya, a 33-year-old from Occupied Jerusalem, has been on hunger strike for over 47 days in protest at his detention administratively, with no indictment or trial.
Halabiya has been in detention since June 2018, and he has health problems and needs medical follow-up as a result of his prolonged hunger strike, especially since he previously suffered blood cancer.
The prisoner administration recently transferred Halabiya to hospital following a sharp decline in his health.

Ghannam, a father of two kids, had already served a total of nine years in Israeli jails.
The other administrative detainees, Tareq Qa’adan, Ismail Ali, Sultan Khalaf and Wajdi Awawdeh, have been on hunger strike for 17, 24, 30, 19 days respectively. All of them also suffer from different health problems.

A 60-year-old Palestinian man completed today 17 years behind bars in Israeli jails for his resistance of the Israeli occupation, according to a family member.
Ikram Tamimi said her brother, Sidqi Hamed Tamimi, from the southern West Bank city of Hebron, has served half of his 35-year prison sentence and that he suffers several illnesses including diabetes, colon problems and allergies.
She said her brother cannot walk without crutches or assistance from fellow inmates due to serious disk problem and that he is weak and has lost weight.
Sidqi Tamimi is married and has a family composed of 18 individuals.
He was detained on August 16, 2002 when Israeli army units raided his home.

The Israeli occupation police on Thursday stormed different neighborhoods of Jerusalem and kidnaped several Palestinian young men from their homes.
According to local sources, police forces raided homes in Jerusalem neighborhoods and rounded up many young men.
Some of the detainees were identified as Ahmed ash-Shawish, Areen az-Za’aneen, Awad Salaymeh, and Yaser Derwish (senior Fatah official).
Earlier at dawn, the Israeli police kidnaped three young men from their homes in Issawiya district of Jerusalem. They were identified as Adam Mahmoud, Mahmoud Awni, Adham Sibta.
Later, the police released Mahmoud and Awni and extended the detention of Sibta until next Sunday.
Meanwhile, clashes broke out on the same day between local youths and police forces in Obeid neighborhood in Issawiya, where the latter closed the main road with their vehicles and embarked on harassing passersby.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Thursday kidnaped at least 10 Palestinian citizens during campaigns in different areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped two young men in different areas of Bethlehem, one of them from aboard a vehicle at the entrance to Nahalin town.
In Qalqilya, two citizens were kidnaped from their homes in the city and another one at the entrance to Izbat at-Tabib. They were identified as Mohamed Dawoud, Mohamed al-Turkey and Hamad Tabib.
In Nablus, the IOF kidnaped Sheikh Abdul-Kareem Azem, an ex-detainee, at a checkpoint near Sebastia town before transferring him later to Soroka Hospital.
The IOF also kidnaped an ex-detainee called Mahmoud al-Madani near Ramallah. He is a resident of the new Askar refugee camp in Nablus.
In Jerusalem, the IOF stormed the house of a wheelchaired prisoner called Jarrah Naser and rounded up his 20-year-old son Khalil after assaulting other family members. Two days ago, his brother Isam was kidnaped along with his father from their home.
The IOF also raided homes in Baten al-Hawa neighborhood in Silwan district and kidnaped two Palestinians identified as Yazan and Louay al-Rajbi.

Media sources said the soldiers abducted Odia Ayman ‘Obeid, 17, after invading his family’s home and violently searching it.
They added that the soldiers cuffed and blindfolded the Palestinian teen, and took him to an interrogation facility in Jerusalem.
On Monday, the soldiers abducted four Palestinians, including a paralyzed man and his son, in two separate incidents in al-‘Isawiya.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers, stationed at the gate of the Annexation Wall in that area, opened fire at Yahia Abu Khater, 25, and his wife, while they were walking near it.
The Palestinian couple were both injured, before the soldiers abducted the husband and took him in an Israeli ambulance, while his wife was transferred by Palestinian medics to a governmental hospital in Tulkarem. video
There were no protests or incidents taking place when the soldiers opened fire at the Palestinian husband and his wife, and it remains unclear why the soldiers opened fire in the first place.

The latest group brings to 49 the number of prisoners who have joined the protest action in solidarity with the six detainees.
