The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in a statement, confirmed the detention of 24 Palestinians, including a journalist.
The PPS stated that at least 10 Palestinian civilians were arrested from several areas of the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, in the central occupied West Bank. video video
The Israeli forces detained two former Palestinian lawmakers, Ahmed Atoun, and Abdul Jaber Faqha, Musab Saeed who is a journalist from Birzeit town north of Ramallah.
Israeli forces also detained Yaqoub Hussein, who is a former prisoner, Shuja Darwish, Maher Shreiteh, Fadi Hamad, Amr Abu Ghosh, Arafat Nasir, and Raafat Abu Rabee.
In the northern West Bank Tulkarem governorate, two youths, Luay Rasim Abu Shuqair, 19, and Nasser Osama Nassar, 18, were detained by Israeli soldiers.
The PPS added that at least 7 Palestinians were detained from occupied East Jerusalem, including the Director of the Office of the Secretary-General of the National People’s Congress, Moaz Al-Ashhab, Arafat Naguib, Obadah Najib, Muhammad Awad, Mustafa Al-Tarhouni, Muhammad Nayef Obeid, and Salama Ghasseb Ubaid.
In the northern West Bank Nablus governorate, Israeli forces stationed at a military roadblock, detained Ibrahim Shaher Ziada and Ahmed Imad Ziada from Madama town, south of Nablus city.
Ahmed Eid and his son Ismail Eid, from Burin town, southwest of Nablus, were also detained and then released.
Another former prisoner, Youssef Jamal Al-Zubaidi, from Jenin, in the northern West Bank, was detained by Israeli troops.
The Palestinian WAFA News Agency reported that Abdul Jaber Faqha was released, and that Israeli special forces entered the Jenin refugee camp using a Palestinian-registered civilian vehicle, and rearrested Youssef Jamal Al-Zubaidi from his restaurant.

IOF kidnaps several Palestinians overnight in W. Bank and J’lem
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) last night and at dawn Wednesday stormed different areas of the West Bank and Jerusalem and kidnaped at least 16 Palestinian citizens, including two lawmakers.
According to local sources in Jerusalem, Israeli police forces kidnaped four Jerusalemite citizens from their homes. They were identified as Mohamed Obeid, Muaad al-Ash’hab, Arafat Najeeb and Mustafa al-Tarhuni.
In the West Bank, the IOF stormed Nur Shams refugee camp in the east of Tulkarem city and kidnaped a young man identified as Louay Abu Shuqair after raiding his home.
The IOF also stormed different areas of Ramallah and Bireh province and kidnaped eight citizens, including MP Ahmed Attoun, who has been living in Bireh since he was exiled from Jerusalem, and MP Abdul-Jaber Faqha, a resident of Ramallah city.
During its campaign in Bireh city, the IOF delivered a summons against a citizen called Adham Abu Arqoub ordering him to turn himself in to the Israeli security authorities.
In Nablus, the IOF kidnaped two brothers from the family of Eid during a campaign in Burin town.
Another young man was kidnaped by the IOF from his home in Jenin refugee camp. He was identified as Yousef al-Zubeidi.

The Palestinian Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission on Wednesday announced that 12 Palestinian prisoners at Israel’s Ofer jail have tested positive for coronavirus.
Qadri Abu Baker, head of the Commission, said in press statements that all infected prisoners are from section 21 of the prison.
According to Abu Baker, the Israel Prison Service closed the section, where 160 Palestinians are being held, and placed the infected prisoners in isolation.
Abu Baker expressed his concern that the number is likely to increase given the overcrowding in Ofer jail and the deliberate medical neglect policy pursued by the Israel Prison Service against Palestinian detainees.

An Israeli settler was killed in an alleged stabbing attack on Wednesday afternoon in Petah Tikva area near Tel Aviv.
Israeli media reports said that a 35-year-old settler was stabbed by a Palestinian man in Petah Tekva.
The stabbed settler suffered serious injuries before he was pronounced dead later at the hospital.
Yedioth Ahronoth said that the suspect was arrested and taken for interrogation by the Shin Bet.

The Israeli occupation forces detained today at least 15 Palestinians in raids across the occupied territories, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS).
Four Palestinians were detained in the northern West Bank city of Tulkarm and two more in Jenin.
Three others were detained from the southern West Bank village of Marah Rabah, near Bethlehem, one from the town of Samou, also in the south of the West Bank, and one from the town of Silwad, near Ramallah.
In addition, said the PPS, Israeli occupation forces detained late last night four Palestinians from occupied East Jerusalem.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Sunday morning tightened the noose on Palestinian workmen as they were heading for workplaces in Israel through several crossings in the West Bank province of al-Khalil and attacked many of them with tear gas.
According to local sources, the IOF detained dozens of West Bank workers near the Dhahiriya crossing in southern al-Khalil.
The IOF also intensified its presence at openings in the separation fence in al-Khalil, which are used by workers to reach their workplaces.
Many workers were also showered by the IOF with tear gas canisters near the Tarqumiyah crossing in western al-Khalil.

The detainees Maher al-Akhras, Mohammed Wahdan, Mousa Zahran, and Abed al-Rahman Sh’eibat have been on hunger strike in different Israeli jails for 27, 18, 16, and 3 days, respectively.
The four detainees, according to the Palestinian Prisoner Society, are protesting their detention administratively without charge or trial, but their calls have not been answered by the Israel Prison Service yet.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Friday morning arrested a Palestinian citizen in Jericho City, while hordes of Israeli settlers raided al-Walaja village west of Bethlehem City.
Local sources said that the IOF stormed Jericho City and kidnapped Dawood al-Ajlouni, 35, after searching his home and wreaking havoc on it.
Meanwhile, a group of Israeli settlers, escorted by IOF soldiers, entered al-Walaja village, roamed its streets, and visited lands threatened with confiscation in favor of the construction of new settler outposts.
Over the past few years, dozens of Palestinian homes have been demolished and vast tracts of privately-owned lands have been seized in al-Walaja to serve new settlement expansion projects.
