A human rights report kept record of the abduction of 84 Palestinian women and girls by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) over the past six months.
According to a report by the Palestine Prisoners Studies Center, 84 Palestinian women and girls were arrested by the Israeli forces since the start of 2017.
Media spokesperson for the center, Reyad al-Ashkar, said the Israeli forces have been chasing down Palestinian women and girls in a attempt to prevent them from joining anti-occupation protests or carrying out attacks against the Israeli soldiers and settlers.
Several Palestinian women and girls have been arbitrarily detained or/and shot on suspicion of intending to carry out anti-occupation attacks.
Among those arrested over the past few months, nine were identified as minors, among whom 12-year-old Hadil al-Rajabi, who was summoned to questioning in al-Mascoubiya detention center.
14-year-old Aya Amr was also kidnapped on allegations of attempting to stab soldiers at the Qalandiya checkpoint. Palestinian child Malek al-Ghalidh, aged 14, had been subjected to heavy beating in the pre-detention phase.
Two sisters from the blockaded Gaza Strip were also arrested by the Israeli forces at Beit Hanun (Erez) border-crossing on their way to a hospital in the West Bank for urgent treatment. One of the detainees is reportedly cancer-stricken.
Several other women and girls were arrested after they were shot and injured by the Israeli forces. The list included 17-year-old Takwa Hamad and 39-year-old Asia al-Ka’bana, both natives of Ramallah.

The Israeli occupation authorities refused on Wednesday to release the Palestinian MP Khalida Jarrar, 53, and issued a six-month administrative detention order against her.
Two days ago, an Israeli military court extended the detention of Jarrar, who is a senior leader of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, for 48 hours in order to either prepare an indictment against her or hold her in administrative detention.
The Israeli occupation forces arrested the PFLP leader Jarrar and confiscated a number of her personal belongings, including a laptop and a mobile phone, after raiding her house on 2nd July. According to the Amnesty International, Jarrar was beaten during and after her arrest.

Local sources told the PIC reporter that violent confrontations flared up between Palestinian youths and the IOF soldiers as the latter stormed Balata refugee camp and Kafr Qalil town in Nablus province and arrested 3 Palestinians.
A special force of undercover soldiers arrested the Palestinian youth Waseem Mansour, a resident of Kafr Qalil town, in Ramallah. The IOF raided Mansour's family's house at least three times recently in search for him and wreaked havoc in it, according to local sources.
The PIC reporter in Tulkarem said that the IOF arrested Anan Badawi, a 48-year-old owner of a publishing house, in Shweika town after breaking into his house and searching it.
Similar raids and arrests were reported in Jenin, al-Khalil and Bethlehem.
Army Abducts Fifteen Palestinians In The West Bank

In addition, the soldiers invaded Doura town, south of Hebron, and surrounded an apartment building, before detonating the doors of many apartments, located near the elevators, and ransacked them.
Media sources in Hebron said the soldiers abducted Hasan Mohammad al-Fasfous, 32, Mousa Mohammad Daraweesh, 25, and a third Palestinian, whose identity remained unknown until the time of this report.

Local sources from Nablus reported that a large number of Israeli troops stormed overnight Kafr Qalil town in the south and ransacked the house of a young man called Firas Mansour for about two hours before rounding him up.
A child was also kidnapped from his home during an IOF campaign in Sebastia town, north of Nablus. He was identified as 14-year-old Mahdi Shahab.
Sebastia municipal chief Mohamed Azem said that Israeli soldiers kidnapped Shahab after physically assaulting him in full view of his family.
Later at dawn, an Israeli military force stormed different neighborhoods of Nablus city, including the Old City and Yassamina and Hawsh al-Att’ot areas, and raided several homes, without making arrests.
Local sources reported the occurrence of skirmishes between a group of young men and the soldiers in Faisal street of the city.
The IOF also stormed other West Bank areas and kidnapped two citizens from Marah Rabah village and Izza refugee camp in Bethlehem.

According to eye-witnesses, the Israeli forces kidnapped 50-year-old Ziad Abu Nijma after they cordoned off his car and fired multiple shots at the vehicle.
The eye-witnesses added that Abu Nijma works as a delivery man who transports items in Anata.
An Israeli police statement claimed the arrestee was driving frantically and was transferred to an Israeli detention center pending intensive questioning.

Palestinian prisoner Mohammed Allan suspended his open-ended hunger strike after the Israeli Prison Service (IPS) pledged to meet his demands.
Allan’s father said his son accepted to end his hunger strike after IPS promised to cancel a prison-term against him and restore his right to a court trial in the presence of his lawyer Jawad Boulos.
Allan is expected to attend the next court hearing so as to defend himself against charges of incitement on Facebook.
The father added that his son denied all the Israeli accusation.
Allan will reportedly be transferred from Ramla prison clinic to Megiddo jail pending his trial.
33-year-old Allan, a native of Nablus province, was kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces from his family home on June 8, 2017.

Undercover Israeli soldiers abducted, on Monday evening, a Palestinian child from Sebastia town, north of Nablus, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
Mohammad Azem, the head of the Local Council in Sebastia, said undercover Israeli soldiers infiltrated into the town, and assaulted Mahdi Nasser Shehab, 14, causing various cuts and bruises, and abducted him.

The citizens were identified as Tha’er Abu Faraha, Odai Abu Turkey and Anas Misk.
The IOF also stormed al-Judeira town, northwest of Occupied Jerusalem, and kidnapped two kids from their homes. They are Khattab Barjas, 12, and Naser al-Hindi, 13.
In Bethlehem, four citizens were kidnapped by the IOF from their homes in Taqua town.
Israeli Soldiers Abduct Seven Palestinians Near Ramallah
The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Monday at dawn, five Palestinians from their homes in Deir Abu Mashal village, northwest of Ramallah, and two in Kar Ni’ma, west of Ramallah, in central West Bank.The PPS said that dozens of soldiers invaded the village, before storming and ransacking homes, and abducted five Palestinians, identified as Odai Issa Rabea’, Mohammad Nimir Obeid, Abdullah Hamdan, Ghassan Mohammad Taha and ‘Ayed Odah ‘Ankoush.
The soldiers also invaded a home, owned by Adel Omar, and caused damage to its floors and ceiling, during violent searches of the property, in addition to illegally confiscating 2000 Shekels from a home, owned by Hamdan Abdul-Wahed.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Kafr Ni’ma village, searched homes and abducted two Palestinians, identified as Yazan Mohammad Rabea’, 21, and Mahmoud Suleiman ‘Aadi, 20.
It is worth mentioning that the soldiers also abducted two Palestinians in Abwein village, in Ramallah, two in Beit Fajjar and al-Azza refugee camp, in Bethlehem, and four others in Hebron.
Local sources reported that Israeli soldiers raided homes in Qalqilya city and kidnapped two citizens identified as Khamis Ghalban and Mohamed Abu al-Sheikh.
Another West Bank citizen was taken prisoner in an IOF campaign in Jalamah town, north of Jenin, and two others in al-Khalil city.
The citizens were identified as Tha’er Abu Faraha, Odai Abu Turkey and Anas Misk.
The IOF also stormed al-Judeira town, northwest of Occupied Jerusalem, and kidnapped two kids from their homes. They are Khattab Barjas, 12, and Naser al-Hindi, 13.
In Bethlehem, four citizens were kidnapped by the IOF from their homes in Taqua town.
Israeli Soldiers Abduct Seven Palestinians Near Ramallah
The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Monday at dawn, five Palestinians from their homes in Deir Abu Mashal village, northwest of Ramallah, and two in Kar Ni’ma, west of Ramallah, in central West Bank.The PPS said that dozens of soldiers invaded the village, before storming and ransacking homes, and abducted five Palestinians, identified as Odai Issa Rabea’, Mohammad Nimir Obeid, Abdullah Hamdan, Ghassan Mohammad Taha and ‘Ayed Odah ‘Ankoush.
The soldiers also invaded a home, owned by Adel Omar, and caused damage to its floors and ceiling, during violent searches of the property, in addition to illegally confiscating 2000 Shekels from a home, owned by Hamdan Abdul-Wahed.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded Kafr Ni’ma village, searched homes and abducted two Palestinians, identified as Yazan Mohammad Rabea’, 21, and Mahmoud Suleiman ‘Aadi, 20.
It is worth mentioning that the soldiers also abducted two Palestinians in Abwein village, in Ramallah, two in Beit Fajjar and al-Azza refugee camp, in Bethlehem, and four others in Hebron.

Palestinian women prisoners in Damon prison have been recently subjected to harsh attack, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) revealed Monday.
After conducting multiple visits to the prison, the PPS affirmed that the director of Damon prison attacked the female prisoners personally and tied their hands behind their backs.
A follow up committee has been formed to investigate the violent incident, the PPS added.

The Israeli authority has escalated over the past month its collective punishment policy against Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem, the Wadi Hilweh Information Center said in its monthly report.
The report stated that four Jerusalemite youths were killed by Israeli gunfire in June while 126 others were arrested during the same reported period.
Three Jerusalemites aged between 18 and 19 were killed on June 16 by Israeli police while a 23-year-old young man was shot and killed in a separate incident on June 20 for alleged anti-occupation attacks.
The four dead bodies are still held in Israeli morgues as Israel continues to refuse handing over two other slain Jerusalemites’ bodies since last October.
On the other hand, the report revealed that 1,339 Israeli settlers broke into al-Aqsa Mosque over June via the Israeli-controlled al-Magharibeh gate.
The Israeli break-ins into the Mosque had notably intensified during the last ten days of the holy month of Ramadan.
Meanwhile, an employee of the Waqf department was denied access into the holy shrine for a whole month, while four guards of al-Aqsa were summoned for investigation last month.
The monthly report also documented the arrest of 126 Jerusalemites in June including 40 minors, three women, and two old men.
Furthermore, Israeli authorities tightened military restrictions near Bab al-Amoud area for two days in the past month of June following an alleged stabbing attack, preventing West Bankers’ access to al-Aqsa Mosque in the process.
