Israeli forces detained at least 12 Palestinians, including a woman, across the occupied West Bank, on predawn Tuesday.
Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS) said that Israeli forces detained two Palestinians in the southern West Bank district of Hebron. They were identified as Muhammad Fayez Zeidat and Naim Hashem Armilat.
In the southern West Bank district of Bethlehem, four Palestinians were detained. PPS identified them as Ahmad al-Seifi, Adi Abu Nasser, Raed Mousa, and Adi Abu Nassar.
In the central West Bank district of Ramallah, another three Palestinians were detained. They were identified as Amal Barghouth, Khaled Barghouth, and Abada Ahmad Muhammad Qasem.
In the northern West Bank district of Jenin, two Palestinians were detained by Israeli forces. They were identified as Khalil Ramzi Huwayel and Arsan Qarini.
In the northern West Bank district of Salfit, one Palestinian was detained and identified as Zahir al-Einabusi.
According to prisoners rights group Addameer, there are 5,450 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons, including 53 female prisoners.
IOF launches large-scale arrest campaign in West Bank
The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Tuesday arrested a number of Palestinians during West Bank sweeps.
Local sources said that the IOF arrested the wife of the Palestinian prisoner in Israeli jails Tareq Barghout during a raid on their home in Ramallah.
Meanwhile in Bethlehem, the IOF kidnapped Uday Abu Nassar and Ahmad al-Saifi, and handed Ahmad Abu Mefreh and Majd al-Shaer orders to appear before the Israeli Intelligence Service for interrogation.
Two Palestinian youths identified as Khalil Hawil and Mohammed Zeidat were arrested in Jenin and al-Khalil, and a third named Ehab al-Qawasmeh was handed an interrogation summons.
According to local residents, the IOF raided several homes in Nablus, searched them, and seized about 4,000 NIS.
The IOF at daybreak stormed Qalqilya, raided the family house of a Palestinian martyr, and wreaked havoc on it.

In coordination with the Red Cross, the Israeli occupation authority at dawn Tuesday allowed only five Palestinian citizens from Gaza to visit their relatives in Eshel jail.
Five members of families, including a girl child, left Gaza aboard a bus at dawn through the Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossing to visit four relatives in Eshel prison, according to a statement released by the Red Cross.
There are more than 6,000 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails suffering from harsh incarceration condition and medical neglect.

In addition, the army installed roadblocks on Hebron’s northern and southern roads, in addition to the entrances of Sa’ir and Halhoul towns, before stopping and searching dozens of cars, and interrogated many Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

Israeli soldiers abducted, Monday, a former Palestinian political prisoner from occupied Jerusalem, just one week following his release after spending a prison sentence of 17 years.
Media sources said the soldiers abducted Abdul-Rahman Mahmoud, from the al-‘Isawiya town in occupied Jerusalem, after summoning him for interrogation in Ofer prison, near Ramallah.
Mahmoud is a former political prisoner who was released just a week ago, after spending a prison sentence of seventeen years, and received an order exiling him from Jerusalem for ten days, before he was sent to Jericho.
Following his Monday abduction, the detainee was remanded for 24 hours, and will be sent to the District Court, in Jerusalem, Tuesday.
Media sources said the soldiers abducted Abdul-Rahman Mahmoud, from the al-‘Isawiya town in occupied Jerusalem, after summoning him for interrogation in Ofer prison, near Ramallah.
Mahmoud is a former political prisoner who was released just a week ago, after spending a prison sentence of seventeen years, and received an order exiling him from Jerusalem for ten days, before he was sent to Jericho.
Following his Monday abduction, the detainee was remanded for 24 hours, and will be sent to the District Court, in Jerusalem, Tuesday.

The Israeli military court of Ofer decided to release Palestinian prisoner Suheir al-Barghouthi, 59, on a bail of 10,000 ILS (almost $3000) and another third-party bail.
Lawyer of the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS), Munther Abu Ahmad, said that the court had previously ruled for al-Barghouthi’s release on a bail twice, but froze the decisions as the Israeli prosecution requested an appeal.
Al-Barghouthi will be released later Monday.
Al-Barghouthi whose husband and three sons are currently held in Israeli prisons while her fourth son was shot and killed by Israeli forces, in October, was being held under harsh conditions in a solitary confinement in the HaSharon Israeli prison.
Al-Barghouthi has not been allowed to go out to the prison's yard since her transfer to the HaSharon prison, pointing out that the IPS has not allowed her to receive clothes; al-Barghouthi has been in the same clothes since her detention on February 5th.
Al-Barghouti was detained from her home in the Kobar village, north of the central occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, on February 5th.

They were identified as Majd Ahmad al-Awar, Mahmoud Najib al-Awar, Nidal Safian al-Natsheh, Tareq Khaled Odeh, Mahdi Yousef Abu Diab, Abed al-Rahim al-Abassi, Tareq al-Abassi, Muhammad Khaled Sharifa, Tawfiq Othman, Amer Abu Isneineh, Hashem Muhammad Hamidan, Muhammad Zahran, Adham Muhammad Hamidan, and Wisam Rabie.

Two Palestinian young men were killed and another was wounded at dawn Monday when soldiers opened fire at them near Kafr Ni'ma town in Ramallah.
The Israeli occupation army claimed that the young men carried out a car-ramming attack and threw Molotov cocktails at soldiers.
According to the Hebrew news website 0404, Israeli soldiers opened fire at three young men, killing two of them, after they threw Molotov cocktails. Another one suffered bullet injuries and was detained
Israel’s Channel 10, for its part, said that two Israeli soldiers were wounded after a Palestinian car ran them over in an area near Kafr Ni’ma town, west of Ramallah.
The Channel added that other soldiers responded immediately and opened fire at three young men aboard the car, killing two and injuring another.
Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli occupation forces detained a Red Crescent ambulance crew and prevented it from going to the scene to provide medical assistance for the Palestinians.
Later, violent clashes broke out between local youths and Israeli forces at the main entrance to Kafr Ni’ma town. Live and rubber bullets were reportedly used by soldiers during the skirmishes, but luckily no one was injured.

According to the Islamic Awqaf Authority in Occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli police allowed 38 settlers to defile the Aqsa Mosque and perform rituals near Bab al-Rahma.
