The Magistrate court judge extended on Wednesday the arrest of two Fateh activists from Silwan until next Sunday to continue investigating them.
Mufeed Al-Hajj, Prisoner’s Club lawyer, said that the Magistrate court judge extended the arrest of Ahmad Al-Ghoul and Mousa Abbasi until next Sunday on charges of “recently assaulting police individuals.” He pointed out that the judge did not disclose the day and date of the assault and claimed that releasing such information will disrupt the investigation.

An Israeli soldier was killed after he was attacked by a Palestinian youth in the central bus station in Afula on Wednesday morning. An Israeli TV channel said that the soldier was critically wounded in the attack and succumbed to his wounds shortly after his transfer to hospital.

Israeli soldiers were caught on tape violently attacked a Palestinian woman at the Za’tara roadblock, near the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, the resident who documented the attack said that, as he was trying to cross the roadblock, he noticed Israeli soldiers shouting at the young woman, cursing at her, and threw her onto the ground.
After violently attacking her, the soldiers cuffed her and placed her in a police vehicle that initially took her to an unknown destination. She has been identified as We’am Samid Aseeda, 22, from Tal village, south of Nablus.
Her father said that he only knew about her arrest after receiving a phone call from a Palestinian lawyer who informed him his daughter was moved to the HaSharon Prison.

Friends of Humanity International expressed its profound concern towards the deteriorating conditions of the Palestinian prisoners Akram Al Fosaisy in the Israeli Jails. The organization demanded the Israeli Occupation Authorities (IOA) to release him at once. Karim Ajwa, a lawyer for the prisoners ministry, confirmed that an Israeli doctor in Barzillai Hospital had recommended the immediate release of the patient prisoner Naim Shawamra due to his extremely poor health condition. Shawamra suffers from muscular dystrophy that caused his inability to walk or talk. He has lost a lot of his weight.

The Negev prison administration continues to isolate the Hamas leader captive Abdel Khalek Natshe in a solitary confinement cell for the tenth day. Umm Jubair, the wife of the detained leader, said that the occupation has been punishing her husband after the administrative detainees announced waging a battle to break the administrative detention starting from 25 October.
The prison administration has isolated Natshe along with a number of other administrative detainees in the Negev prison. Palestinian lawyer Hanan al-Khatib stated that the health condition of captive Yosri al-Masri, held in Ramla hospital has seriously deteriorated, after he underwent a surgery to remove a cancerous tumor of the thyroid gland. Khatib, who visited the prisoner in the hospital, said that the cancer has spread from the thyroid gland to the lymph nodes, and that Yosri underwent a surgery at the Soroka Hospital, and then was transferred to Ramle prison clinic.
Captive al-Masri told the lawyer that he started to suffer from a thyroid tumor two years ago and that the doctor refused to send him to hospital in order to undergo examination. After his health condition deteriorated, 3 months ago, the prison doctor approved to move the patient captive to Soroka prison.
"After less than one month the results of the examinations showed that I have a malignant thyroid tumor that has spread to the lymph glands. Soroka Hospital doctors set a date for the operation to remove the thyroid gland, trying to stop the spread of the cancer, so that they will start chemotherapy later", the captive said.
He added: "While I was in the intensive care unit, after the operation, my hands and feet had been cuffed to the hospital bed. I was guarded by 3 jailers, and whenever I wanted to go to the bathroom or to take shower they had to take the permission from Nafha intelligence officer."
The patient captive Yosri al-Masri, from Gaza who is sentenced to 20 years imprisonment, is held now in Ramle prison clinic. He is not receiving the chemotherapy.

George Qanawati, Director Radio Bethlehem 2000
Radio Bethlehem 2000 announced on Monday that its director George Qanawati, was beaten up and tortured while being under police custody.
Qanawati was arrested by Palestinian police and secret service officers from his home in the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem on Sunday night.
According to his neighbors, officers stormed his home violently searched it then attacked Qanawati and his family slightly injuring his mother during the arrest.

Prisoner Dirar Abu Sisi, who has been held in isolation since his kidnapping by Israeli intelligence agents in early 2011, is suffering partial paralysis, lawyer of the prisoners ministry Rami Al-Alami said on Monday. Alami said after visiting Abu Sisi that his condition worsened in Eshel solitary confinement and could not move his feet properly due to improper treatment of his “slipped disc”. Eyewitnesses said that IOF soldiers in a number of army jeeps raided Ma’ajin suburb west of Nablus city and broke into buildings inhabited by university professors in Najah University.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) rounded up about 100 Palestinians in the West Bank over the past week, a statistics report by Hamas said on Sunday. The report, which named all detainees, said that 97 Palestinians were nabbed at an average of 14 citizens per day.
It said that 27 were arrested in Al-Khalil, 21 in Jerusalem, 15 in Nablus, 11 in Ramallah, 7 in Jenin, 6 in Qalqiliya, 4 in Tulkarem, 4 in Salfit, and 2 in Tobas.
The report said that two Hamas leaders were among the detainees in addition to four ex-prisoners in PA jails and three liberated prisoners from Israeli occupation jails.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed at dawn Saturday the city of Jenin, where they raided several neighborhoods and erected military checkpoints. Local sources said that several military vehicles stormed Jenin and broke into the house of the citizen Samir Aboul Hassan, 24, then arrested him and took him to an unknown destination.
The locals reported that the Israeli forces roamed the streets of the city and fired bullets and stun grenades.
The IOF also arrested at dawn Friday four Palestinians including two brothers during a raid on the city of al-Khalil and Beit Ummar village.

Israeli violations have escalated against Jerusalemites during October, including arrests against minors and children, in addition to demolition orders against Palestinian houses and facilities in occupied Jerusalem, Palestinian human rights sources said. In its monthly report, Wadi Hilweh Information Center revealed that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested in October 75 Jerusalemites including 45 children aged 10-17 years, some of them were accused of throwing stones 100 days earlier.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) brutally suppressed a number of protests in two villages to the east of occupied Jerusalem on Friday night wounding a boy in the head and causing him internal bleeding. Local sources said that confrontations took place in Alezariye and Abu Dees to the east of occupied Jerusalem after a march for young Jerusalemites against dividing the Aqsa Mosque, in support of prisoners, and in honor of the two young men who were killed by IOF soldiers on Thursday night.
They said that the 16-year-old boy Sayyed Afane was hit with a sound bomb in his face causing him internal bleeding and fractures in the skull, adding that a journalist, Rami Allariya, was also injured with a rubber bullet in his foot.

Raddad's family fears that Mo'tassem faces the fate of Hassan al-Turabi or Mayasara
The family of sick prisoner Mo'tassem Raddad appealed to human rights and legal organizations and concerned authorities to work on releasing him so that he could spend his remaining days among his family. Mo'tassem Raddad,32, suffers from bowel cancer. He is from Tul Karem's Saida town and has been imprisoned since 2006 in the Israeli jails.
His brother A'hed Raddad told Center for Prisoners of Palestine that "The results of tests conducted to Mo'tassem show the cancer has spread throughout his body; his blood is next to be infected in the event that no urgent treatment is served,"
"No longer the chemotherapy doses administered to my brother are effective although his doctors intensified them," A'hed added.
He noted that beside cancer, his brother is "plagued with by other problems like blood pressure, kidney and heart failure, and visual impairment. He also suffers from unstopping bleeding because of the bowel cancer, and cannot move normally,"
The Israeli prison service continues to refuse that Mo'tassem be diagnosed by a specialist physician to prescribe the appropriate treatment for his deteriorating health, according to his brother.
"Our earlier appeals for ending the policy of medical negligence against Mo'tassem and releasing him have been met with promises without real action," he said.
A'hed expressed the family's fear that Mo'tassem faces the fate of Hassan al-Turabi or Mayasara Abu Hamdiyeh and other prisoners died while in Israeli prisons due to medical negligence.
Hassan al-Turabi, 23, from Surra village near Nablus, died on 05 November 2013, in Affoula Hospital inside Israel where he was receiving medical treatment for leukemia.
The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) called for an immediate and independent investigation into the circumstances of the death of al-Turabi.
Israeli forces arrested al-Turabi from his house 07 January 2013 although they knew that he was suffering from leukemia.

The Israeli occupation forces arrested at dawn Friday a Hamas leader in the city of Jenin, after raiding his house and confiscating his personal belongings. Local sources said that several military vehicles broke into the house of Ghassan Zughaibi, 45, in the Iskan neighborhood in Jenin, and confiscated a computer, an iPad and a mobile phone.
Zughaibi is a liberated prisoner and a leading figure in Hamas movement. His home has been raided several times in recent years. He had been also arrested several times by the PA's apparatuses in Jenin.

The soldiers cuffed Abu Maria and took him, on foot, to the nearby illegal settlement of Karmie Tzur.

The Magistrate court in Jerusalem found Sheikh Raed Salah, the leader of the Islamic movement in 1948 occupied Palestine the northern branch, “guilty” of inciting violence. The electronic website of Hebrew daily Yediot Ahronot said on Thursday that the Sheikh was acquitted of a second charge that accused him of “inciting racism”.
It said that the charge dated back to February 2007 when Sheikh Salah delivered a Khutba at the Aqsa Mosque saying that “the happiest moments are when we are martyred in the Aqsa courtyards”.
The Israeli prosecution considered his sermon as an incitement for violence and racism and included both charges in the indictment list.

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested on Wednesday evening a number of Islamic movement members in different parts of the occupied city of Jerusalem. The arrests took place in several sites, including the Aqsa Mosque, the Old City, Thawri neighborhood, Ras al-Amud, Isfahani Street and other places in the city.

A Palestinian human rights foundation called for providing international protection for the Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli occupation jails, following the death of captive Hassan al-Turabi last Tuesday in an Israeli hospital he was taken to after his health deteriorated. Rased Foundation for Human Rights, based in Lebanon, said in a press statement that the occupation authorities' deliberate neglect of captive Turabi's health condition is considered "a crime against humanity, a premeditated murder, and an explicit violation of international law, article 91 of the Geneva Convention and the international law of human rights.
The foundation accused the Israeli government of adopting a policy of medical neglect against the Palestinian prisoners, and of exposing them to slow death inside the jails.
It called on the leadership of the Palestinian Authority to take serious steps to ensure international protection for Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.
It also urged the Arab and international human rights institutions to work on exposing the occupation crimes against the prisoners and the Palestinian citizens in all the occupied Palestinian territories that are witnessing Israeli violations against human rights in light of Arab and international silence.
The foundation accused the Israeli government of adopting a policy of medical neglect against the Palestinian prisoners, and of exposing them to slow death inside the jails.

The Israeli Prison Services (IPS) transferred yesterday Palestinian administrative detainees in Raymond prison to an unknown destination as part of Israeli sanctions against administrative detainees, Palestinian Prisoners' Studies (PPS) revealed. The center confirmed that five administrative detainees in Raymond prison, including Dr. Ahmed Katamesh and Musab Manasra, were transferred to an unknown destination.

Sarahneh quoted Head of PPS, Nasser Qaws, as saying that Israeli forces stormed the houses of 25 Palestinians in Jerusalem, searched them and confiscated computer and mobile devices, on charge of incitement against the Israeli occupation on Facebook.
Qaws also said that 10 of the detainees were transferred to trial, while the rest of them were released.
