Ahrar Center for Prisoner's Studies and Human Rights said that the number of Palestinian administrative detainees in Israeli jails reduced to 90 prisoners, distributed in three prisons.
Fouad Khuffash, director of Ahrar center, said that the number was reduced due to threats made by the Palestinian Captive Movement about the possibility of protests against the administrative detentions and an escalation in political action.

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) nabbed three Palestinian children in Baders village, west of Ramallah, afternoon Tuesday. Ahmed Al-Beitawi, a researcher with the Tadamun foundation for human rights, said that a 14-year-old child and two 15 years old children were arrested in an IOF raid into the village.
He said that the soldiers were searching for young men who cut the barbed wire of the separation wall adjacent to the village, adding that the three detainees were schoolchildren.

Waed Association for prisoners' affairs confirmed that the prisoner Dirar Abu Sisi is still isolated due to the continuing deviousness of the Israeli Prison Services (IPS) in not implementing the agreement it signed to end the prisoner's hunger strike. The agreement states that Dirar be moved from his solitary confinement to live with three other prisoners in Eshel Prison in better detention conditions. The Captive Movement threatened to take escalatory steps in case Dirar's isolation file is not closed.

First Deputy Chairman of the Palestinian Legislative Council, Dr. Ahmed Bahar, has called on PA to 'unleash West Bank resistance for the liberation of prisoners and al-Aqsa mosque' and to stop security coordination and absurd negotiations with the occupation authorities. Bahar's statement came during a sit-in on Monday outside the Red Cross headquarters in solidarity with the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails.
Our prisoners are defending the nation's dignity and Palestine, he said, adding that the Palestinian people are able to liberate prisoners and al-Aqsa mosque.
He stressed that the patient prisoners have declared a hunger strike and Dirar Abu Sisi is still held in solitary confinement in violation of international law.
He called on Arab and Islamic leaders to bear their responsibilities towards the Palestinian people in light the Israeli Judaization schemes in occupied Jerusalem and al-Aqsa mosque.
He stressed that the Palestinian people will not stand silent towards these Israeli escalated crimes in reference to what happened in al-Khalil and Qalqilya.
For his part, the leader in Hamas movement Hussein Abu Quaik considered the killing of the two Israeli soldiers in al-Khalil and Qalqilya a failure of the Israeli security policy.
The continued Israeli terrorism against the Palestinian people and holy sites has led to the escalation of the Palestinian resistance in West Bank, he said.
He stressed that the Israeli daily attacks against Palestinians and their properties constituted direct pressure and provocation to the Palestinian people.
Abu Quick pointed out that the resistance activities in the northern and southern West Bank proved the failure of security coordination between the PA and the Israeli occupation forces in liquidating the Palestinian resistance.
For his part, Dr. Abdel Sattar Qassem, professor of political science at An-Najah National University in Nablus, predicted that the killing of the two soldiers in al-Khalil and Qalqilya was an individual act of taking revenge as a response to the Israeli continued provocations in West Bank.
Individual resistance acts have declined in West Bank due to the PA persecution of the resistance elements, he said.
The political analyst has called on Palestinian resistance in the West Bank to rearrange their ranks to fight against the occupation, stressing that the resistance is able to fight the occupation.

An Israeli soldier was killed near the Ibrahimi mosque in Al-Khalil when his army patrol came under resistance fire on Sunday evening a day after the killing of another Israeli soldier in Qalqilya.

The continued Israeli terrorism against the Palestinian people and holy sites has led to the escalation of the Palestinian resistance in West Bank, he said.
He stressed that the Israeli daily attacks against Palestinians and their properties constituted direct pressure and provocation to the Palestinian people.
Abu Quick pointed out that the resistance activities in the northern and southern West Bank proved the failure of security coordination between the PA and the Israeli occupation forces in liquidating the Palestinian resistance.
For his part, Dr. Abdel Sattar Qassem, professor of political science at An-Najah National University in Nablus, predicted that the killing of the two soldiers in al-Khalil and Qalqilya was an individual act of taking revenge as a response to the Israeli continued provocations in West Bank.
Individual resistance acts have declined in West Bank due to the PA persecution of the resistance elements, he said.
The political analyst has called on Palestinian resistance in the West Bank to rearrange their ranks to fight against the occupation, stressing that the resistance is able to fight the occupation.
Meanwhile, Hamas movement said that the killing of the Israeli soldiers is a natural response to the Israeli crimes against al-Aqsa mosque and Israeli attempts to liquidate the Palestinian cause.
The spokesman for movement stressed in a press statement on Monday, that the recent resistance operation against the Israeli soldiers proves the resistance's strength in the West Bank.
Meanwhile, al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas movement, blessed the resistance attacks against occupation soldiers.

Israeli occupation forces arrested Monday at dawn more than two hundred Palestinians in an extensive raid on residential neighborhoods in the southern area of the southern West Bank city of Hebron. The operation came in the wake of the killing of an Israeli soldier by a Palestinian shooter.

The Israeli Occupation Forces stormed the city of al-Khalil (Hebron) on Monday in search of the sniper who shot and killed an Israeli soldier near the Hebron's Ibrahimi Mosque.
The 20-year-old soldier, Gal Kobi, was shot in the neck and was transferred to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem where his death was pronounced. Hebrew-language sources reported that Israeli Army arrested dozens of Palestinians overnight from the city of al-Khalil, especially in the area surrounding the mosque. According to initial estimates, the shooting had nothing to do with the murder of another Israeli soldier who was abducted and killed over the weekend. Ahrar Center for prisoners' studies and human rights called on the World Health Organization, Doctors without Borders and all human rights organizations to intervene to check on the health situation of patient prisoner Nassim Khattab. Fouad Khuffash, director of Ahrar Center, said prisoner Khattab, aged 43 from the Gaza Strip, underwent surgery a month ago to remove his right testicle due to cancer, after medical neglect that lasted six years.
The prisoner told Ahrar center that after this dangerous surgery he has not underwent medical tests to check on his health condition.
Khattab, who is held in Eshel prison, was arrested in November 20, 2003 and has been sentenced to 12 years imprisonment.

Violent confrontations were reported in the Old City of Al-Khalil after Israeli occupation forces (IOF) fired teargas at schoolchildren while on their way home from school at noon Sunday. Eyewitnesses told the PIC reporter that schoolchildren threw stones and empty bottles at the soldiers who responded by firing teargas at them. They added that a number of citizens suffered breathing problems as a result of the attack especially the elderly people and some of them were taken to the government hospital in the city.
The witnesses said that IOF soldiers arrested four kids for taking part in throwing stones but women in the suburb succeeded in freeing them. They added, however, that two others were arrested and taken to an army barracks near the Ibrahimi mosque.
Meanwhile, other IOF soldiers closed the southern entrance to Al-Khalil city and the main entrance to Fawar refugee camp.
