Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday arrested three Palestinian youths at al-Hamra checkpoint in the northern Jordan Valley.
Local sources told PIC reporter that the IOF soldiers closed the checkpoint, causing a suffocating traffic jam, and started searching Palestinians' vehicles.
They added that the three young men, who are from al-Fari'a refugee camp to the east of Tubas, were forced to leave their car following an argument with the soldiers before being arrested and transferred to an unknown destination.

A Palestinian detainee started five days ago an open-ended hunger strike to protest isolated detention in Israeli lock-ups.
Palestinian prisoner Anas Shadid has been on a hunger strike for five days running in the Israeli Hadarim jail, where he has been serving an administrative sentence, with neither charge nor trial, according to his family.
Shadid was kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces on June 14 from his family home in Kharsa, south of al-Khalil, and was sentenced to a six-month administrative term.
Sometime earlier, Shadid had gone through a 90-day hunger strike to protest administrative detention. Medics had warned that he was at the risk of going quadriplegic and amnesiac as a result of the hunger strike.
Some 6,500 Palestinian detainees are being held in 22 Israeli penitentiaries, among them 350 minors and 56 women and girls.

Israeli soldiers attacked, on Saturday at night, many Palestinians participating in a wedding ceremony in the town of al-‘Ezariyya, southeast of occupied East Jerusalem, and abducted four young men.
The WAFA Palestinian News Agency said the soldiers installed a roadblock near Maale Adumim colony, close to the main entrance of the town, and stopped dozens of cars heading to a wedding ceremony and party in al-‘Ezariyya, and abducted four young men.
The army claimed that the Palestinians “attempted to attack soldiers,” after stopping them at the roadblock, and took them to an unknown destination.
The Palestinians were part of a convoy of cars heading towards the wedding ceremony, when the soldiers stopped them and attempted to block their path.

The IOF also raided homes in Asida and Khillat al-Ein areas of Beit Ummar town and handed a citizen called Ibrahim Sabarneh, 47, a summons for interrogation from the Shin Bet in the military outpost of Etzion.
In Jerusalem, the Israeli police rearrested a Palestinian woman named Hinadi Halawani after breaking into and ransacking her house at dawn.
In Qalqilya, Israeli troops kidnapped a young man following a violent raid on his home in Kafr Saba neighborhood. He was identified as Abdul-Fattah Maskawi.
Another young man from the same area was also handed a summons for interrogation from the Shin Bet before clashes broke out between local youths and soldiers.
Eyewitnesses said that a young man suffered a rubber bullet injury during the confrontations with the soldiers in Kafr Saba.
Three other young men were also rounded up by soldiers today, one from his home in al-Dawha town in Bethlehem and two at the military checkpoint of Shuafat in northern Jerusalem.
Earlier, Israeli soldiers intercepted a young man riding a motorcycle at a makeshift checkpoint on the Haddad road, east of Jenin city, detained him for several hours and confiscated his bike before letting him go.

26-year-old Youssef Shalaby received a prison-term of one year and a half at Ofer Court.

Muhjat al-Quds Foundation for Martyrs and Prisoners revealed on Saturday that a Palestinian detainee, Nahar al-Saadi, 36 from Jenin, has entered his 15th year of imprisonment in Israeli jails.
The Foundation pointed out that detainee Saadi has been suffering from severe pain in the stomach and also in the back for long years. He has been struggling with Israeli arbitrary policies of medical negligence and isolation over years of imprisonment. He was held in solitary confinement while banned from family visitation for over 3 years.
Captive Saadi was arrested on September 15, 2003. He was charged with belonging to Saraya al-Quds, the armed wing of Islamic Jihad Movement. He is serving 4 life sentences and additional 20 years.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) on Friday evening broke into Samua town south of the southern West Bank province of al-Khalil. A local house was violently stormed during the raid.
The house's owner Sami Abu Yaqub affirmed that IOF soldiers broke into and searched his house before arresting his two sons aged 19 and 22.
Abu Yaqub pointed out that a large sum of cash estimated at 20,000 shekels and jewelry had been stolen by the IOF soldiers during the raid.

Israeli Shin Bet intelligence apparatus rounded up a Palestinian student who studies medicine in Jordan, Thaer Joudeh. Israeli forces questioned him and banned him for seeing his lawyer and family members just for handing over academic materials at university.

The first march was launched to protest the decision issued recently by the Israeli war minister, Aigdor Lieberman, which stipulates the formation of an independent municipal council for the Jewish quarter in the heart al-Khalil.
The participants raised Palestinian flags and banners calling for ending the Israeli measures in al-Khalil.
The IOF dispersed the march by force, fired tears gas canisters at the protesters and prevented them from reaching the center of the city.
Meanwhile, the IOF quelled another march to the south of al-Khalil which demanded opening the road of Khirbet Qalqas village that has been blocked for years with sand barriers.

Detainees and Ex-detainees Committee said on Thursday that Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) extended the detention of two Palestinian wounded minors: Haitham Jaradat, who is only 15 years old from Sair town near al-Khalil, and the 18-year-old Laith Daraghmeh, from Tubas.
In a statement on Thursday, the Committee said that both detainees were trialed in absentia at Ofer and Salem military courts respectively. Their detention orders were extended to 11 days.
