An Israeli court ordered on Thursday five Palestinian youths from occupied Jerusalem to stay away from the city and its holy al-Aqsa Mosque for one month, as a precondition for their release from Israeli custody.
Head of the Committee of Jerusalemite Prisoners’ Families, Amjad Asab, said the Israeli magistrate court, west of Occupied Jerusalem, ruled that Udai Gheith, Mohammad Gheith, Majdi Abbasi, Ali Abu Diab and Alaa Abu Tayeh be banned from the city and al-Aqsa Mosque for one month and pay a fine of 1,000 shekels ($280) each as a prerequisite for their release from Israeli jails.
The five young men were arrested by Israeli police in a Monday sweep rocking Silwan town, south of holy al-Aqsa Mosque.
In August, over 20 Palestinians, mostly women, were banned from Jerusalem’s al-Aqsa Mosque by the Israeli police.

Israel’s Central Court on Thursday sentenced a wheel-chaired Palestinian detainee to 35 years in prison over allegations of an anti-occupation stabbing attack.
According to the Hebrew-speaking Yedioth Aharonot newspaper, Palestinian detainee Aymen al-Kurd received a prison term of 35 years after the Israeli occupation authorities accused him of stabbing two policemen in 2016.
The young man allegedly carried out an anti-occupation stabbing attack near Jerusalem’s al-Sahira Gate in September 2016, wounding two Israeli cops.
The Israeli occupation forces opened fire at the young man, causing him hemiplegia (partial paralysis). He has gone wheel-chaired ever since.

Three Palestinian prisoners have continued their hunger strike in Israeli jails in protest against their illegal detention, rights sources said Thursday.
The Palestinian prisoners Society (PPS) revealed that Israeli Prison Service transferred the prisoner Umran al-Khatib, 60, from Ohilkidar prison to the Ramle prison clinic after his health deterioration as he continues his hunger strike for the 33rd day.
Al-Khatib, a father of four children, demands his early release as he spent 21 years of his 45-year prison sentence.
Along the same line, the prisoner Jamal Alqam continued his hunger strike for nine days in protest against his administrative detention without charge or trial.
Alqam spent more than 13 years behind Israeli bars in different arrests.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Khader Adnan continued his open-ended hunger strike for the sixth consecutive day in protest against his arbitrary detention.
Sheikh Adnan, 40, was detained in December 2017 for incitement charges. Since then, his detention was extended more than once.
Sheikh Adnan, a member of the resistance organization Islamic Jihad, launched in February 2012 a 66-day hunger strike that forced Israel to release him from a previous stint of detention without charge or trial.
His strike galvanized international attention on the issue of Israel’s detention and abuses of Palestinians.

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Thursday two Palestinians east of al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Local sources identified the detainees as the young man Mohamed al-Nabahin and the child Khaled al-Nabahin.

The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that Israeli soldiers abducted, on Thursday at dawn, seven Palestinians in several parts of the occupied West Bank.
The Bethlehem office PPS said the soldiers abducted three Palestinians, identified as Ziad Naim al-Masri, Zeid Ahmad Sheikh and Bassel Mizhir, in Deheishe refugee camp and Marah Rabah village, and shot a young man.
During the invasion into Marah Rabah, the soldiers searched the home of Ahmad Sheikh Qassem, who is held by Israel, and summoned his wife for interrogation.
In Jenin, in northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted Hisham Sa’id Thiab, from his home.

The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Silwan (Silwanic) said dozens of soldiers, and officers, invaded Beit Hanina, and forcibly removed the family, leading to scuffles, before demolishing the property. video
The demolished property is owned by Sana’ Farraj and her family of eight; it was built sixteen years ago.
It added that the soldiers also abducted two young men during the invasion and destruction of the Palestinian home.
Silwanic stated that the family has already paid high fines and fees, exceeding 250.000 Shekels, in addition to the costs of appeals in Israeli courts.
It also said that the family headed to the court again, appealing against the final decision to demolish their property, and asking for postponing the destruction, but the officers went ahead and demolished it, without allowing them to remove all of their furniture and belongings.
It is worth mentioning that the Jerusalem City Council did not respond to the appeal, and failed to deliver prior notices to the family.

17 Palestinian prisoners reportedly suffer from very poor health conditions in the infirmary of the Ramla jail.
According to a report released by the commission of detainees’ and ex-detainees’ affairs, those prisoners do not receive appropriate medical treatment in the infirmary.
Two of those prisoner suffer from health problems described as the most difficult by the report. They are Iyad Huraibat and Saleh Saleh.
Prisoner Huraiba, 33-year-old from Dura town in al-Khalil, has been suffering since 2014 from a neurological disease that affects his movement and causes him ongoing tremors. His condition worsens day by day, with no improvement.
As for prisoner Saleh, he has been suffering for a while from constant fevers caused by bladder stones. He need to undergo medical tests and receive appropriate treatment.

The suppressive troops have forced the inmates out of the cells since the early morning hours and carried out provocative searches, smashing prisoners’ property all the way through.
No reasons have been identified for the suppressive measure, which has sparked seething tension across the Nafha dungeon.
